2. Candy Box - Highest Gross Income  (Trebor - Banner Patch & Cash)

Selection Responsibility: Candy Box Chairperson

Awarded: Fall Meeting

Presented to the Club showing highest gross dollars collected during past Civitan Year

Criteria to consider

• Monthly report received by 7th day of each month

• Up-to-date listing of boxes placed and addresses on file with District Candy Box Chairperson

3. New Membership Sponsorship   (Ernie Moore - Keeper Plaque)

Selection Responsibility: Past Governor

Awarded: Winter Meeting

Presented to the individual Civitan who has sponsored highest number of new members into Civitan during immediate past administrative year.

4. Outstanding District Director/Chairperson  (Ray Hergert- Keeper Plaque)

Selection Responsibility: Past Governor

Awarded: Winter Meeting

Presented to an individual who has shown leadership as a Director or District Chairperson in any office, project or event.

5. Outstanding Active Past Governor  (King Evans - Keeper Plaque & Trophy)

Selection Responsibility: District Board but can also be submitted by Club

Awarded: Winter Meeting

Presented to a Past Governor who continues to be actively involved in their Club and District.

6. Special Recognition of Fellow Heels  (Heel Trophy & Keeper pin)

Selection Responsibility: Heel Committee

Awarded: Winter Meeting

Criteria and background necessary to formulate the winner for current year established by Heel Committee. Recipient maintains trophy for one year and the heel emblem that must be worn to all Civitan events during that year until the time that it is passed over to the next recipient.

7. Club Cake Sales - Highest Average per member (O. H. Evans - Banner Patch & Cash)

Selection Responsibility: Cake Chairperson

Awarded: Spring Convention

Presented to Club having highest average sales per member of Cake & Nuts. Based on figures received from District Treasurer and District Cake Chairperson. Any Club not having paid for poundage purchased will not be eligible.

8. Greatest % Cake lncrease Over Previous Year (G. R. Montgomery - Banner Patch)

Selection Responsibility: Cake Chairperson

Awarded: Spring Convention

Presented to Club showing greatest increase in Cake sales over previous year based only on purchases from District on the past fiscal year.

9. Outstanding lieutenant Governor (Ed Davies - Keeper Plaque)

Selection Responsibility: Governor

Awarded: Winter Convention Dinner
